About Me
Recently, I was journalling about how I see myself fitting into the world. Suprisingly, the answer was that I was somewhat of an misfit – an outcast on a solo journey of figuring things out for myself. Hopefully, the way the story ends is that I return to society with “treasures” – self-realisation developed from years of doing things my own way and frameworks about how other people can get similar results.
I feel a lot of empathy for people who have a strong-sense of purpose. That’s why I show them how to build a coaching community like I have done at CoachingUni.com.
My framework is called Levitism (from levitas, latin for lightness). It’s all about feeling light – stronger than and unburdened by life’s challenges. How does one achieve a felt experience of lightness?
- Prioritising health by habitualising a wellness program that works for you – and ensuring success by working with your subconscious wellness blueprint.
- Achieving self-realisation through journalling and talk therapy focusing on deeply contemplating the 21-questions.
- Being at home in your body – friends with all your feelings. This is achieved through A.N.S.W.E.R. body-scan + release practice.
- Doing work that energises and engages you, starting with a side-hustle and building it into a viable career or business with iterative growth.
I have had a lot of support over the years from my family and various mental-health professionals. I feel like I wouldn’t have been able to become mentally strong and unburdened without their help. That’s why I believe in offering low-cost options (such as pay-as-you-feel meetups at MelbWalks.com.au or discounted group-based programs at ThomasBurnside.com). Thinking a little bigger – that’s why I am establishing a pay-as-you-feel coaching marketplace called HelpAbly.org to match people who are struggling with a coach.
All this is to help people feel bigger than their challenges and relieved from their burdens so they can experience the lightness of being that is their God-given right.
